Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver software solutions with AI deeply integrated into the engineering process
- Build and ship production-ready software using AI as a core part of the engineering lifecycle
- Apply AI-native practices to develop and validate solutions
- Maintain quality and compliance
- Continuously improve how software is built and operated
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance software development practices and operational efficiency
- Design and implement AI-driven software agents that interact within complex systems
- Integrate AI workflows into existing software environments to improve automation and decision-making
- Support software development lifecycle practices for AI-native applications, including testing and validation
- Troubleshoot and optimize AI components for robust and scalable software solutions

- Be an SME and collaborate with the team to perform
- Make team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
