Job Role: AI Engineer – Junior (AI Center of Excellence)

Sharp, early-career AI engineer to take a solution direction from the Enterprise Architect and run with it independently — someone who wants to build a career in applied AI, not just hold a job.

Should be able to move across use cases and industries, so intellectual curiosity and speed of learning matter more than deep domain history in any one sector.

Role Responsibilities

- Own execution: Translate a solution approach or architecture direction from the Enterprise Architect into a working design and build it out independently, with minimal hand-holding.
- Contribute to design thinking: Participate as a genuine thinking partner in design discussions — question assumptions, propose alternatives, and stress-test approaches before they get built.
- Evaluate the tech stack: Compare and assess options across the available AI/ML tech stack (models, frameworks, platforms, tooling) on fit, cost, and feasibility for a given use case.
- Work across verticals: Work on AI use cases spanning different industry verticals within the COE, adapting quickly to new domains and business contexts.
- Deliver, not just demo: Take a use case from prototype to a solution that is credible and usable by business,



not just a notebook demo.

Skills Required

- Real delivery experience: 1–2 years delivering AI solutions to a live business problem — any company, any industry. We care about what you built and shipped, not the logo you built it under.
- Can ingest and run with direction: Able to read a solution approach, understand the “why” behind it, and independently take it forward without needing every step specified.
- Robust design instinct: Genuinely enjoys reasoning about design choices and trade-offs — not just implementing what's handed down.
- Technically versatile: Comfortable evaluating and working across models, frameworks, and platforms rather than being tied to one stack.
- Career-oriented, not job-oriented: Looking to build a long-term career in applied AI — curious, driven, and in it for growth, not just the next job.
- Room to move from executing designs to shaping them, for someone who shows they can think, not just code.

Qualification Requirements

Any degree from a reputed college; specific AI/ML certifications (cloud AI platforms, ML/DL specializations, etc.) are an added advantage.
