Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Build end-to-end products, internal tools, agents, automations, and data or growth systems using AI as a productivity multiplier.
- Develop features and tools using coding assistants, AI agents, and LLM-powered workflows while writing, reading, and understanding the underlying code.
- Rapidly prototype ideas and then strengthen them for reliability, maintainability, and real-world use.
- Design and implement agentic workflows involving retrieval, tool usage, and multi-step tasks, while understanding their limitations and failure points.
- Thoroughly test features, identify edge cases, and validate implementations against real-world requirements.
- Diagnose technical issues systematically by forming hypotheses, running targeted tests, and tracing problems to their root causes.
- Verify fixes and implementations before considering them complete or production-ready.
- Understand the product and business context behind each project, including its target users, purpose, and intended outcomes.
- Challenge unclear or ineffective requirements and propose more practical, impactful solutions when appropriate.
- Learn recent technologies, tools,



codebases, and domains independently through research, experimentation, data analysis, and effective problem-solving.
- Take ownership of tasks and deliver results without requiring step-by-step guidance.
