About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Integration & Architecture Lead to drive the strategic integration of enterprise chatbot, ServiceNow, and AI agent platforms. The role will be responsible for defining integration architecture, enabling agent interoperability through Agent-to-Agent (A2A) and Model Context Protocol (MCP) patterns, and providing technical leadership across complex enterprise AI initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Azure AI, AI agent frameworks, A2A, MCP, enterprise APIs, and cloud architecture, combined with excellent client-facing consulting and solution-design capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Define the integration strategy and target architecture for enterprise AI agent ecosystems.
- Design scalable and secure solutions using A2A and MCP integration patterns.
- Architect integrations between enterprise chatbots, ServiceNow, AI agents, Azure AI services, and other enterprise platforms.
- Evaluate multiple architectural approaches and provide trade-off analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership for agent interoperability, orchestration, context exchange, tool invocation, and enterprise integrations.
- Guide engineering and delivery teams in implementing AI integration use cases.
- Establish architecture standards and best practices for scalability, maintainability, security, governance, performance, and user experience.
- Assess the capabilities, boundaries, licensing considerations, and feature constraints of ServiceNow Now Assist, AI Agents/AI Agent Studio, and Virtual Agent.
- Lead architecture workshops with clients, business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and technical teams.
- Prepare architecture option papers, solution blueprints, technical recommendations,



and decision documents.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and integration constraints and develop mitigation strategies.
- Mentor technical teams and provide architectural oversight throughout implementation and delivery.

Required Technical Skills & Experience

ServiceNow

- Strong experience with the ServiceNow platform and enterprise integrations.
- Working knowledge of Now Assist / Now Assist across ITSM, HRSD, or CSM.
- Experience with AI Agents / AI Agent Studio and ServiceNow Virtual Agent.
- Ability to advise clients on ServiceNow AI capabilities, platform boundaries, licensing, and feature constraints.
- Strong knowledge of:

- Enterprise integration patterns

AI / GenAI & Agent Architecture
- Strong experience designing AI/GenAI enterprise architectures.
- Proven hands-on experience with Agent-to-Agent (A2A) integrations.
- Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and clients.
- Understanding of agent interoperability, orchestration, context management, tool calling, and multi-agent architectures.
- Experience with AI agent frameworks and enterprise chatbot/virtual assistant platforms.
- Understanding of LLM-based application architecture, RAG, APIs, tools, and enterprise AI governance.

Microsoft Azure
- Strong experience with the Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem.
- Hands-on knowledge of:
- Azure OpenAI
- Azure AI Foundry
- Azure Bot Service
- Azure AI services
- Azure APIs and integration services




- Experience designing conversational applications surfaced through Microsoft Teams.
- Strong understanding of Azure cloud architecture, security, identity, networking, scalability, and integration patterns.

Client-Facing & Consulting Skills
- Demonstrated experience working directly with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct architecture discovery and technical workshops.
- Strong capability to develop:
- Architecture option papers
- Solution architecture documents
- Trade-off analysis
- Technical recommendations
- Integration roadmaps
- Excellent solution-design and architectural decision-making skills.
- Ability to translate complex AI and integration concepts into clear business and technical recommendations.
- Robust communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture, enterprise integration, cloud architecture, AI/GenAI, or related areas.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale AI transformation or integration programs.
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or relevant AI/Now Assist certifications would be advantageous.
- Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure AI Engineer Associate would be an advantage.
- Experience with enterprise security, IAM, API management, observability, and governance for AI systems.
