We are looking for an AI Engineer who can work on real product development, automation, and AI-driven features across our platform.

Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Engineer who enjoys building production-ready AI systems rather than simple chatbot demos.

You will work on AI agents, LLM applications, retrieval systems, backend services, wearable integrations, evaluation frameworks, and healthcare-focused AI workflows. This role involves taking ideas from prototype to production while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and clinical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications using modern LLMs
- Develop multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain
- Build robust tool-calling, memory, and orchestration systems
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize open-source LLMs for domain-specific healthcare use cases
- Train, experiment with, and deploy custom AI/ML models
- Develop backend APIs and services using Python and FastAPI
- Build and maintain frontend features using React, or similar frameworks
- Build RAG pipelines, retrieval systems, and knowledge bases
- Integrate external APIs, wearable platforms, and healthcare data sources
- Design evaluation, testing, and benchmarking frameworks for AI systems
- Optimize AI performance, reliability, latency, and cost
- Work closely with product teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions
- Contribute to architecture decisions and technical roadmap planning

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Python




- Strong understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models
- Experience building AI applications using LLM APIs
- Understanding of model evaluation, fine-tuning, embeddings, and inference workflows
- Experience with FastAPI or similar backend frameworks
- Good understanding of APIs, databases, and system design
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Familiarity with Docker and containerized applications
- Basic to intermediate cloud experience with AWS or GCP
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to independently own features and deliver production-quality solutions

Preferred Skills

- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or similar agent frameworks
- Experience building RAG systems and retrieval pipelines
- Knowledge of vector databases and embeddings
- Fine-tuning and evaluation of domain-specific LLMs
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and cloud platforms
- Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks and observability tools
- Experience working on healthcare, health-tech, or wearable data products
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, structured outputs, and tool-calling architectures
