About The Role

Axsot is seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer specializing in Agentic AI for its portfolio company, Faxoc. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI systems that support enterprise decision-making processes. This role requires a deep understanding of large language models, agent-based systems, and knowledge management techniques.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating AI agents capable of reasoning over structured and unstructured data, executing complex workflows, and generating reliable, evidence-based intelligence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of AI innovation, integrating cutting-edge technologies to build enterprise-grade solutions that adhere to strict security, governance, and methodological standards.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background with expertise in Python programming, AI development, and enterprise software engineering. Proven experience with Generative AI, large language models, and agent-based workflows is essential.



Familiarity with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen is highly desirable.

Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, embeddings, and knowledge management systems.

Experience with cloud deployment, APIs, backend development, and AI evaluation methodologies is required. A background working within enterprise, financial, or research environments will be advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities The AI Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing multi-step research workflows through agentic systems. This includes developing AI agents capable of reasoning, evidence retrieval, and executing analytical tasks within controlled environments. The role involves building and optimizing LLM pipelines for classification, summarization, extraction, and intelligence generation, ensuring high accuracy and reliability.

The engineer will connect AI systems with internal knowledge bases, evidence repositories, and structured datasets, ensuring that retrieved information is relevant, attributable, and traceable. Developing and maintaining robust APIs and backend services for AI deployment, integrating AI with existing infrastructure,



and ensuring scalability and performance are key components of the role. Additionally, the engineer will establish evaluation frameworks to monitor AI performance, mitigate hallucinations, and continuously improve system reliability.

Ensuring security, data governance, and compliance with enterprise standards is paramount, along with collaborating closely with product, research, and engineering teams to identify opportunities for AI automation and innovation.
