AI Consultant - Full Time | Bengaluru (In-Office) | 6 Days Working (Hybrid)

Role Overview

We are looking for high-energy AI Consultants who can lead enterprise AI transformation programs and workforce enablement bootcamps for corporate teams across functions including HR, Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Leadership.

This is not a traditional teaching role. You will work directly with enterprise teams to drive practical AI adoption inside organizations through live workshops, hands-on implementation, and productivity-focused AI workflows.

You will conduct engaging large-scale training sessions, solve real business bottlenecks using AI tools, and help organizations transform the way teams work using Generative AI.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct High-Energy Live Workshops
- Facilitate engaging and interactive sessions for professional audiences (20000 Professionals weekly)
- Handle department-specific Q&A; sessions and solve employee AI-related doubts live
- Simplify complex AI concepts into practical, easy-to-understand workflows for non-technical audiences
- Maintain high facilitation energy and learner engagement across sessions
- AI Content Creation & Organic Learning Content
- Research the latest AI tools, workflows, product updates, and industry trends to identify high-value learning topics
- Create engaging educational content that simplifies complex AI concepts for working professionals
- Write scripts for YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn content, webinars, and learning modules
- Plan, shoot, and present educational videos with confidence and strong on-camera presence
- Create organic social media content that drives awareness, engagement, and learner acquisition
- Build AI avatars and AI-generated learning content using modern AI content creation tools
- Perform basic AI-powered video editing using modern AI-powered editing and content repurposing platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to convert learning content into high-performing digital assets
- Continuously experiment with new AI content creation workflows and recommend improvements
- Lead Enterprise AI Transformation Programs
- Conduct high-impact AI bootcamps and workforce enablement sessions for corporate teams
- Deliver live online and offline training programs across multiple departments and business functions
- Drive end-to-end AI upskilling initiatives focused on practical workplace transformation
- Enable organizations to improve productivity through AI adoption at scale

AI Workflow & Tool Application

- Stay updated with the latest AI tools, workflows, and productivity trends
- Apply Generative AI tools in practical business scenarios rather than theoretical demonstrations
- Train employees on real-world AI applications and implementation best practices• Continuously experiment with emerging AI tools and workflow systems





Learning Enablement & Adoption Tracking

- Monitor LMS engagement, assignment completion, and learner participation
- Ensure employees successfully adopt AI workflows beyond the training sessions
- Support organizations in improving AI adoption and implementation outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve training effectiveness and learner experience Stakeholder & Enterprise Engagement
- Work closely with enterprise stakeholders, HR teams, leadership groups, and CXO audiences
- Conduct large-scale Zoom sessions and offline workshops with confidence
- Build credibility with business leaders through practical and outcome-driven training delivery
- Represent House of EdTech during enterprise engagements and strategic AI initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications - Core Skills

- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to engage large audiences
- Camera-friendly and confident in presenting educational content on video
- Practical hands-on experience with Generative AI tools, workflows, and productivity systems
- Ability to simplify complex AI concepts for non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving mindset with comfort solving live business use cases
- Passion for teaching, facilitation, and content delivery
- High ownership, adaptability, and execution speed
- Comfort conducting both online and offline workshops
- Ability to handle interactive Q&A; sessions and enterprise-level learner engagement
- Excellent scriptwriting and storytelling skills for educational and digital-first content
- Strong presentation skills with confidence speaking on camera
- Ability to research emerging AI trends and convert them into engaging learning content
- Robust understanding of social media platforms and short-form content best practices

Professional Background

- 1–5 years of experience in training, facilitation, consulting, L&D;, business operations, or related roles
- Education from a premier institution such as an IIT,IIM (MBA / PGDM /PGP) is strongly preferred
- Experience conducting corporate training sessions, workshops, or workforce enablement programs
- Familiarity with enterprise environments and business productivity workflows
- Understanding of business functions such as HR, Sales, Marketing, Operations, or Finance
- Exposure to large-scale training delivery and learner engagement management
- Preferred organisations: Target Organisations

Nice to Have

- Background in EdTech, consulting, startup operations, or workforce transformation
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools, automation platforms, and workflow systems




- Experience handling CXO stakeholders, leadership teams, or enterprise audiences
- Experience creating educational content across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, webinars, and learning
- platforms
- Experience creating AI avatars, AI-generated videos, or AI-assisted educational content• Familiarity with AI-based video editing tools and content repurposing workflows
- Understanding of social media growth, organic content strategy, and audience engagement
- Experience monitoring LMS engagement, assignments, and learner adoption metrics
- Exposure to building reusable AI playbooks, SOPs, or workflow documentation
