About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing marketing data to provide actionable insights that help optimize campaigns and improve overall marketing performance. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Proven experience in data analysis,



preferably within a marketing or technology environment, is essential. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is required.

Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and analytics software is a plus. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex datasets are critical. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to effectively present insights to stakeholders at all levels.

A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are highly valued.

Responsibilities

As a Marketing Data Analyst at Gleantap, your key responsibilities will include:

- Collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets related to marketing campaigns, user behavior, and customer engagement metrics.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign performance.
- Identifying trends, patterns, and insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.




- Conducting A/B testing and other experiments to evaluate the impact of different marketing initiatives.
- Providing recommendations based on data analysis to improve customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization efforts.
- Ensuring data quality and integrity through rigorous validation and cleaning processes.
- Staying updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics and marketing technology.
