Position: AI Architect

Experience: 4 to 12 years

Location: Trivandrum

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Hands on experience in creating complex architecture diagram for Azure AI and Copilot Agent in Studio
- 3 to 4 + Years of experience using Python.
- Python and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., NumPy, pandas, Fast API).
- Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and communicate challenges or issues proactively.

• Define cloud-native GenAI/RAG reference architectures on Azure.
- Design and deliver AI solutions for IT and Business Services
- Lead pipelines for PDF/image OCR, layout-aware parsing, semantic chunking, and metadata enrichment.




- Implement vector + lexical hybrid search and semantic rerankers.
- Design prompt strategies, context assembly, and answer validation.
- Build secure, scalable deployments on AKS/Functions with CI/CD and observability.
- Enforce policy controls, content filtering, and auditability.
- Translate business goals into technical solution documents, roadmaps and mentor engineers.
