We are looking for an experienced AGM – Talent Acquisition to lead the Talent Acquisition function and drive end-to-end hiring across the organization. The role will be responsible for developing effective recruitment strategies, managing stakeholders, and building a strong talent pipeline.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple functions and levels.
- Develop and implement Talent Acquisition strategies based on business requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Manage mid-level, senior-level, and critical hiring.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through multiple sourcing channels.
- Manage recruitment through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, and other channels.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the Talent Acquisition team.
- Track recruitment metrics such as Time to Hire, Time to Fill, Offer-to-Joining Ratio, and Source Effectiveness.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Manage recruitment vendors and external consultants.
- Work closely with stakeholders for interview coordination, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
- Drive improvements in recruitment processes, systems, and automation.

- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
