Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Madurai for an AI Ads Creator working with Higgsfield AI at Malgo Technologies Private Limited. The AI Ads Creator will be responsible for planning, generating, and optimizing digital advertisements using Higgsfield AI and other relevant tools. Daily tasks include understanding campaign objectives, defining audience segments, creating AI-driven ad concepts, and producing engaging visual and text-based ad content.

The role involves collaborating with marketing, design, and product teams to align messaging with brand guidelines, testing different ad variations,



and analyzing performance data to improve results. The AI Ads Creator will also stay updated on AI advertising trends and suggest new strategies to enhance campaign impact.

Qualifications

- Ability to use AI tools (such as Higgsfield AI) for ad creation, including generating text, images, and video concepts.
- Strong skills in digital advertising and marketing, including campaign planning, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
- Experience with content creation for ads, such as copywriting, visual storytelling, and basic design principles.
- Comfort with data analysis and reporting tools to interpret campaign metrics and refine ad strategies.
- Familiarity with major ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) and best practices for online advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and work in a rapid-paced, on-site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in AI, machine learning, and emerging digital technologies; prior experience in tech or IT services is an advantage.
