Role Description The Agency Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Aurangabad.

The Agency

Manager will oversee a team of insurance agents, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to achieve sales and service targets. This role involves recruiting and onboarding new agents, setting clear business objectives, and monitoring daily activity to ensure consistent productivity and customer outreach.

Manager will drive local market development, plan and execute sales campaigns,



and foster strong relationships with customers and distribution partners. Day-to-day responsibilities also include tracking key metrics, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, business development, and target achievement skills in insurance or financial services.
- Team leadership, coaching, and performance management capabilities to guide and develop agency teams.
- Relationship-building, negotiation, and customer service skills to manage clients and distribution partners effectively.
- Planning, analytical, and reporting skills to track performance, interpret data, and implement improvement measures.
- Knowledge of health insurance products, market dynamics, and regulatory norms (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Aurangabad, with willingness for local travel within the region as needed.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort with digital platforms used for sales, reporting, and collaboration.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
