Role Description The Advertising Public Relations Intern will support the planning and execution of campaigns that promote Startup Story® and the entrepreneurs featured on its platform. This internship role is hybrid, based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with PR outreach, drafting press releases and promotional content, coordinating social media activities, and helping manage relationships with media outlets and partners.

The intern will also support event-related activities, such as startup showcases and community meetups,



and gather feedback to improve brand visibility and audience engagement. This role offers hands-on experience in advertising, public relations, and startup ecosystem storytelling.

Qualifications

- Strong interest and foundational skills in Public Relations and Advertising, with the ability to support campaign planning and execution.
- Basic Marketing knowledge, including an understanding of brand positioning and audience engagement.
- Event Planning skills to assist with organizing startup-focused events and promotional activities.
- Customer Service and communication skills to interact professionally with entrepreneurs, partners, and media contacts.
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills in English; familiarity with Hindi or other regional languages is a plus.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in New Delhi, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with common digital tools (email, office productivity software, social media platforms); design or content creation tools are an advantage.
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Business, or a related field preferred, with a demonstrated interest in startups and entrepreneurship.
