- Co. is expanding its litigation team and is inviting applications from dedicated Advocates with a passion for litigation.

Experience: 5+ years (Minimum 5 years of independent court practice)

Eligibility: Must be enrolled with the Bar Council.

Courts: Calcutta High Court, Bankshall Court, Sealdah Court, Alipore Court, Barasat Court, Barrackpore Court, other nearby district/lower courts

Experience Required In: Writ Petitions, CRR, CRM, CO, PIL, Police inaction matters, lower coirt petitions drafting, Other Civil and Criminal matters before the Hon’ble Calcutta High Court and other Courts &

- Tribunals.

Responsibilities

- Court appearances and matter handling
- Moving matters and advancing proceedings
- Civil and Criminal litigation
- Drafting petitions, applications, affidavits, and legal notices
- Case preparation and client coordination
- Conducting arguments before the courts




- Drafting and vetting petitions
- Matter moving and court appearances
- Legal research and case strategy
- Briefing senior counsel where required
- Conducting hearings and arguments

(Remuneration will be commensurate with experience, knowledge, and court performance.)

Essential Skills

- Strong knowledge of court procedures and litigation practice
- Excellent drafting and legal research skills
- Ability to independently prepare and conduct cases
- Professional communication and commitment to deadlines
- Experience in handling matters from filing to final disposal
