HIRING: AdOps Associate – Publisher Operations

We are looking for an AdOps Associate – Publisher Operations to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in digital advertising, campaign management, or ad trafficking who are looking to grow their career in Ad Operations.

ROLE OVERVIEW The AdOps Associate will work closely with the client onshore team to ensure seamless campaign delivery and operational excellence. The role involves campaign setup, launch and tracking, troubleshooting ad-serving and pacing issues, reporting, data analysis, and providing actionable recommendations to support campaign performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Collaborate with the client onshore team to ensure successful and timely campaign delivery.
- Execute day-to-day campaign production activities, including campaign setup, launch, trafficking, and tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot ad-serving, delivery, and pacing issues.
- Prepare and maintain campaign screenshot decks and supporting documentation.
- Generate ad server reports using third-party data and analyze campaign performance.
- Interpret reporting data and provide recommendations to improve campaign delivery and achieve campaign objectives.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and end-of-campaign delivery reports.
- Ensure accuracy, quality,



and timely completion of campaign-related activities.

REQUIREMENTS

- 2+ year of experience in AdOps, campaign management, trafficking, or a similar role within the advertising or online media industry.
- Experience with video advertising is a strong plus.
- Experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM) or a similar ad-serving platform is highly desirable.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a high level of professionalism and dependability.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
