About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Ads Sales / Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the Affiliate Marketing and Performance Marketing industry, with a proven ability to acquire new advertisers, brands, and agencies.

The candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building robust advertiser relationships, onboarding clients, and contributing to overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new advertisers, brands, and agencies
- Develop and maintain strong advertiser relationships
- Work with affiliate marketing and advertising panels
- Onboard new advertisers and coordinate internally for smooth campaign setup and activation.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth




- Build long-term partnerships with advertisers and agencies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Ads Sales, Business Development, Advertiser Acquisition, or a similar role.
- Affiliate Marketing or Performance Marketing industry experience is mandatory.
- Must have strong expertise and hands-on experience in performance marketing models such as CPS, CPI and CPA .
- Existing network or relationships with advertisers, brands, agencies, or affiliate marketing partners.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms and advertiser/affiliate panels will be an advantage
