Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP aATP (Advanced Available-to-Promise) Consultant/Trainer to support implementation, consulting, training, and client engagement activities. The candidate should possess strong functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA aATP capabilities and be capable of delivering business solutions, user training, and project support. The role is suitable for professionals looking for:

Key ResponsibilitiesSAP Consulting
- Gather and analyse business requirements related to order fulfilment and product availability.
- Configure and support SAP S/4HANA aATP functionality.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and prepare functional design documents.
- Participate in workshops, testing, UAT and go-live activities.
- Support integration with SAP SD, MM, PP and Supply Chain processes.
- Assist clients in solution design and process optimisation.

SAP aATP Functional AreasShould have hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
- Product Availability Check (PAC)
- Alternative-Based Confirmation (ABC)
- Backorder Processing (BOP)
- Supply Protection
- Product Allocation (PAL)
- Release for Delivery
- Availability Control
- Order Fulfilment processes
- Integration with MRP and Supply Chain Planning

Training Responsibilities (For Trainer/Freelancer Role)




- Deliver instructor-led SAP aATP training sessions.
- Prepare training presentations, exercises and case studies.
- Support assessments and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Mentor consultants and freshers.
- Conduct online classroom and corporate training programs.

Required SkillsMandatory
- 3-5 years or 4-5 years of SAP functional experience.
- Minimum 2 years of SAP S/4HANA exposure.
- Strong understanding of SAP SD processes and integration with SAP other modules.
- Hands-on experience in SAP aATP configuration and support.
- Experience in client-facing discussions and workshops.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred
- SAP Certification in relevant SAP modules.
- Exposure to SAP Fiori applications.
- Experience in implementation, rollout or support projects.
- Training delivery experience for corporate participants.
