Role Description This is a part-time remote role focused on Adobe After Effects and motion graphics for NXT Automation. The motion graphics specialist will design and animate visual assets for marketing campaigns, product explainers, and internal presentations, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives. Day-to-day work includes creating storyboards, developing motion design concepts, producing and editing video content,
and delivering polished animations optimized for multiple channels (web, social, and presentations).
The role also involves collaborating with team members to translate technical automation concepts into transparent visual stories, managing project files, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills for creating engaging animations and visual storytelling.
- Candidates should possess solid Graphics and Storyboarding skills to translate ideas and scripts into clear visual plans.
- Candidates should possess practical Video Production skills, including editing, compositing, and preparing assets for various platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and related Creative Cloud tools (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) is expected.
- Ability to communicate complex technical or AI automation concepts visually and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects with clear deadlines.
- Previous experience in motion graphics for tech, SaaS, or B2B marketing is beneficial; a portfolio showcasing relevant work is required.
