Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Noida.
The Admissions
Counselor will be responsible for guiding potential students and their families, providing detailed information about Studycaller’s programs, and addressing inquiries.
Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with prospective students, delivering excellent customer service, understanding their educational needs, counseling them about available courses, and supporting the admissions process by ensuring seamless communication.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively build relationships and convey program information
- Sales acumen to guide and assist prospective students through the admissions process
- Knowledge or experience in the Education sector, particularly in counseling or mentorship, is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively, meet goals, and maintain a student-focused approach
