Prepare and review GST, TDS and other statutory compliance as applicable. Conduct regular bank, vendor, customer and ledger reconciliations. Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable , including collections and vendor payments.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. Assist in preparation of budgets, cash-flow statements and financial forecasts. Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, vendors and other external stakeholders.
Ensure timely closure of monthly and annual accounts. Review invoices, expense claims and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance. Track outstanding receivables and follow up for timely collections.
Support internal and statutory audits and provide required schedules and documentation. Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable financial regulations. Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
Provide management with financial information, MIS reports and analysis as required. Lead and supervise the accounts team, where applicable.
