Accounts Executive Department: Accounts & Finance Position: Accounts Executive Industry: Automobile / Pre-Owned Automobile Employment Type: Full time Location: Megha Plaza Reporting To: Finance Head About the Role We are looking for a skilled and responsible Accounts Executive with mandatory hands-on experience in Tally to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounts, recording transactions, handling invoices and payments, bank reconciliation, maintaining ledgers, tracking receivables/payables and assisting with GST and other statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime . Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments and journal entries. Maintain customer and vendor ledgers. Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable.





Prepare and verify invoices, bills, receipts and payment documents. Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliation . Maintain daily cash book and cash transactions. Track customer outstanding payments and vendor dues Assist in GST-related accounting, reconciliation and documentation.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly accounting reports. Working knowledge of MS Excel . Basic understanding of GST and invoicing. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain confidential financial information.
