SGEW India is also an RDSO-approved sub-supplier for locking plates used in railway axle boxes, emphasizing strict adherence to drawings, specified processes, and reinforced physical testing. Position: Accounts Assistant Manager

Location: Kaladera, Chomu, Jaipur

Experience: 7 to 10 Years

Qualification: B.Com /M.Com / CA / Relevant Qualification

Salary: As per company standards

Key Responsibilities

- Handling complete accounting operations
- Finalization of accounts & MIS reporting
- GST, TDS & Income Tax compliance
- Team handling and supervision
- Bank reconciliation & audit support

Required Skills: Core Accounting, Tally Prime, GST & Taxation, MS Excel - Advanced, Leadership & Team Management,



Financial Reporting.

Qualifications

- Robust knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger management, and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and invoice processing.
- Familiarity with taxation, statutory compliance, and audit support in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Relevant academic background such as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA Inter, MBA Finance) are an advantage.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tasks independently.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or engineering organization, preferably in the automotive or industrial components sector, is beneficial.
