Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Jaipur. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations. The role involves preparing financial statements, assisting with budgeting and cost analysis, and supporting audits and compliance with accounting standards and relevant regulations.

The Accountant will monitor inventory and project costs related to quarry operations and stone supply, ensuring accurate reporting for management. The individual will collaborate with internal teams,



maintain organized financial records, and support continuous improvement of accounting processes.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in accounting principles, including bookkeeping, general ledger management, and financial statement preparation.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel, including spreadsheets, reconciliations, and basic data analysis.
- Experience handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations in a business environment.
- Ability to support budgeting, cost tracking, and inventory or project cost accounting, preferably in manufacturing or mining sectors.
- Knowledge of relevant tax regulations, compliances, and audit support processes.
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with operations and management teams in office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an Accountant or in a similar finance role; experience in natural stone, mining, or construction-related industries is a plus.
