Role Description The Accountant role at Iconic Edge LLP is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledger entries, and preparing periodic financial statements. The Accountant will handle accounts payable and receivable, expense tracking, bank reconciliations, and support monthly and annual closing activities.

This role also includes assisting with budgeting, monitoring cash flow, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations,



and coordinating with external auditors or consultants as needed. The Accountant will work closely with management to provide accurate financial insights, support decision-making, and help maintain robust internal controls.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in financial accounting, general ledger management, and preparation of financial statements.
- Experience with accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense management.
- Knowledge of Indian taxation, GST, TDS, and compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks) and MS Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to maintain organized financial records.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a corporate or skilled services environment, preferably in a fast-paced or growth-oriented organization.
