Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Indore. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial transactions, including recording entries in accounting software, preparing ledgers, and reconciling bank statements.

Responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing invoices, monitoring payments, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The role involves preparing financial reports,



assisting with budgeting, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations, and coordinating with internal teams and external auditors. The Accountant will also help improve financial processes and maintain accurate, organized financial records to support business decisions.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting practices.
- Proficiency with accounting and ERP software, spreadsheets, and general office productivity tools.
- Understanding of taxation, compliance requirements, and basic knowledge of local financial regulations.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to interpret financial data for management.

- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
