Job Title: Accounts Executive Location: Hyderabad Experience: Minimum 3 Years Employment Type: Full time Salary: As per experience About the RoleWe are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Accounts Executive to manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the company. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently, ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing timely financial reports to management. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain complete books of accounts using Tally ERP/Tally Prime .

Record all sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries, and bank transactions. Maintain and reconcile Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, and General Ledger . Create and process Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Tax Invoices, Credit Notes, and Debit Notes .

Perform weekly bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Prepare and file GST returns accurately and within statutory deadlines. Handle TDS calculations, deductions, return filing, and compliance .

Manage PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances . Maintain accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely collections and vendor payments. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and management during audits and financial reviews.

Prepare monthly MIS reports , Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheet schedules, cash flow reports, and other financial reports for management. Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records. Support inventory and stock reconciliation whenever required.





Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records.

Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of accounting experience . Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime . Good understanding of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, and statutory compliances .

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis). Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Good communication and coordination skills.

ExperienceCandidates with experience in any of the following will have an added advantage: Import & Export Accounting Customs Duty, Import Documentation, and Logistics Accounting Foreign currency transactions and vendor payments Manufacturing, Trading, or Corporate Gifting industries Personal AttributesHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail.
