? Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting, invoices, expenses & ledgers

Handle Tally/Tally Prime & ERP

Prepare & File GST Returns

Prepare & File TDS Returns

Manage monthly Payroll & Salary Processing

Bank, vendor & ledger reconciliation

Handle E-commerce accounting & marketplace reconciliation

Reconcile Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO & other marketplace settlements

Track marketplace commissions, TCS, TDS, GST, refunds & returns

Reconcile payment gateway, COD & prepaid settlements

Maintain Accounts Payable & Receivable

Assist with Trademark Registration & documentation

Coordinate with CA/consultants for accounting & statutory compliance

Prepare basic MIS and financial reports

✅ Tally / Tally Prime





✅ GST & GST Return Filing

✅ TDS & TDS Return Filing

✅ E-Commerce Accounting

✅ Marketplace Settlement & Reconciliation

✅ Payroll Processing

✅ ERP Software

✅ MS Excel / Google Sheets

✅ Bank & Ledger Reconciliation

✅ Positive understanding of accounting & compliance

? Candidate Profile

B.Com / M.Com or relevant qualification preferred

6–8 months of practical accounting experience

Hands-on experience in GST & TDS filing is mandatory

E-commerce accounting experience will be preferred

- Good numerical, analytical & organisational skills

CA Firm experience mandatory
