Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage the company's complete finance and accounting functions.
- Handle GST compliance, including GST reconciliation, GST filing, and monthly reporting.
- Manage COD reconciliation with courier and logistics partners.
- Perform invoice reconciliation with logistics companies, vendors, and clients.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Maintain accurate tracking of receivables and payables, including who the company needs to collect payments from and whom it needs to pay.
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements and conduct financial analysis.
- Prepare and maintain real-time Finance and P&L; dashboards for management.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide meaningful business insights based on financial data.
- Perform bank reconciliation and support effective cash-flow management.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting records using Tally Prime.
- Prepare advanced Excel reports using Pivot Tables,



Power Query, XLOOKUP, dashboards, and other advanced Excel functions.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants (CAs), auditors, and internal teams for accounting, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Ensure financial accuracy and complete the monthly accounts closing process within the required timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Robust practical knowledge of Tally Prime and accounting processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, and dashboards.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory accounting compliance.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, logistics, courier aggregation, or related reconciliation processes is preferred.
- Strong understanding of COD settlement cycles and courier partner settlements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.
- Ability to independently manage the finance and accounting function.
- Experience handling high-volume transactions and complex reconciliations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet monthly reporting and closing deadline
