Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for managing and growing client relationships for digital marketing and web development projects. This role includes understanding client business goals, coordinating campaign and project execution with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.

The Account

Manager will monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and communicate insights and recommendations to clients. Daily responsibilities also involve handling client queries, managing expectations, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities,



and supporting proposal and pitch development. The role requires close collaboration with marketing, design, development, and SEO teams to align solutions with client needs and Weboin’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management and account handling skills, including stakeholder communication and expectation management.
- Experience with digital marketing concepts (e.g., social media, SEO, paid campaigns, content marketing) and the ability to translate them into client-focused solutions.
- Basic understanding of web development and website design processes to coordinate effectively with technical teams.
- Ability to analyze campaign and project performance data, prepare transparent reports, and present insights to clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong presentation and negotiation capabilities.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant professional certifications in digital marketing are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an agency environment or in managing accounts in sectors such as Education, Real Estate, Medical, Fashion & Apparel, FMCG, Technology, Retail, or Infrastructure is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in Chennai and collaborating cross-functionally with diverse teams.
