Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend relevant products or solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to negotiation and closing.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer information in the CRM.
- Develop account plans and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, operations, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity,



and customer requirements to identify recent opportunities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- [1–5] years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related role.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent prospecting and lead-generation abilities.
- Customer-focused and commercially driven mindset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar is a plus.
