Role Description The Account Executive role at Afath Technologies Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Thrissur.

The Account

Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, understanding customer needs, and presenting suitable technology solutions. Daily tasks include maintaining regular communication with clients, preparing proposals and quotations, following up on leads, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services. The role also involves tracking sales performance, updating CRM or account records,



and participating in meetings to align on sales strategies and targets.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in client relationship management, account handling, and customer service.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience in lead follow-up, closing deals, and meeting targets.
- Basic understanding of technology products or services, with the ability to explain solutions clearly to clients.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication, presentation, and documentation.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a professional, ethical approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in an account executive, sales, or client-facing role is an advantage.
