About OREAL World AcademyOREAL World Academy is a recent-age academy by AVTF, focused on Gaming, XR, AI, Spatial Computing and emerging technologies.
We are looking for an Academy Executive who will be responsible for interacting with prospective students, explaining our programs, inviting them to visit the academy and supporting the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities
- Make calls to prospective students and parents who enquire about OREAL World Academy.
- Understand student interests, requirements and career goals.
- Explain courses, classes, academy experience, fees and admission process.
- Convince interested students to visit the academy for counselling, demo sessions or classes.
- Schedule and coordinate student visits.
- Welcome and assist students during their academy visit.
- Follow up with students and parents after calls and visits.
- Handle basic queries and coordinate with the academic team when required.
- Convert interested prospects into admissions.
- Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, visits and admissions.
- Achieve assigned monthly targets for student visits and admissions.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, counselling, admissions, sales or customer-facing roles.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with students and parents.
- Good persuasion and follow-up skills.
- Positive, energetic and approachable personality.
- Target-oriented and disciplined.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Interest in gaming, technology or emerging technologies is an advantage.
