Role Description The Academic Counselor at Grade Learner Academy is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The counselor will guide prospective and current learners in selecting suitable programs, understanding curriculum pathways, and aligning their education with career goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, facilitating information sessions, and maintaining accurate records of learner interactions and progression.

The role also involves collaborating with faculty, placement teams,



and industry partners to support learners’ academic performance and employability, while proactively addressing academic concerns and providing ongoing support throughout their learning journey.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Student Counseling and Academic Advising to support learners in making informed educational decisions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to conduct sessions, present information clearly, and build trust with learners and families.
- Candidates should possess Career Counseling skills to help learners connect their academic choices with relevant career paths and job opportunities.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Education concepts, preferably with experience in higher education, professional training, or edtech settings.
