Role Description The Academic Coordinator will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of academic programs and curriculum across grade levels. This full-time, on-site role in Chennai includes coordinating lesson plans, aligning teaching practices with school standards, and supporting teachers with instructional resources and training.

The Academic

Coordinator will monitor student progress, review assessment data, and collaborate with faculty to improve learning outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve organizing academic schedules, facilitating parent and student communication on academic matters, and ensuring compliance with school policies and educational guidelines.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Education and Curriculum Management, with the ability to design, review, and enhance academic programs.
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, students, and families.
- Experience in Academic Advising to guide students on academic pathways and support their learning needs.




- Ability to conduct and apply Research to improve instructional strategies and educational outcomes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Prior experience in school coordination or academic administration, preferably in K–12 settings.
- Proficiency with basic educational technology and school information systems.
