Role Description The Academic Advisor (IIT) at HR TEAM is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. In this position, the advisor supports students through one-on-one and group counseling sessions, helping them understand academic requirements, choose appropriate courses, and plan their educational path for IIT-related programs. The role includes providing career guidance, clarifying admission processes, and directing students toward suitable academic and professional opportunities.
The advisor collaborates with faculty, administrators, and parents to address student concerns, monitor progress, and ensure timely interventions.
Daily activities also involve maintaining accurate student records, organizing informational sessions or workshops, and staying current with changes in academic and entrance exam policies.
