RoleWe are looking for a student-focused Academic Counsellor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Employment Type: Part time (Remote)
Location: Kottayam, Kerala
Key Responsibilities
- Call and connect with daily leads and understand their IELTS and study-abroad requirements.
- Guide students based on their individual needs and provide appropriate course information.
- Encourage and coordinate demo class attendance.
- Follow up with leads regularly through calls and WhatsApp.
- Build relationships with students and support them throughout their decision-making journey.
- Convert interested leads into enrollments and maintain lead records.
Preferred Candidate
- Excellent at talking to students, understanding their needs, and providing the right support.
- Prior experience in Study Abroad counselling is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in IELTS, EdTech, education counselling, or admissions will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, listening, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Friendly, responsible, and student-focused approach.
