Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, focused on managing 3PL and last-mile operations. The role involves overseeing day-to-day logistics activities, including coordination with third-party logistics partners, monitoring fleet performance, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Responsibilities include planning and optimizing last-mile routes, managing hub and warehouse operations, and maintaining performance dashboards and operational reports. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams and clients,



handling exceptions and escalations, and driving continuous process improvements to support sustainable, emission-free operations. The selected candidate will ensure compliance with service-level agreements and support the smooth execution of operations for key accounts such as Amazon.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, optimize routes, and identify process improvements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, 3PL partners, and clients, and to manage on-ground staff.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related competencies to support client relationships, understand customer requirements, and contribute to business growth in logistics services.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to oversee daily logistics activities, manage hubs and warehouses, and ensure adherence to service-level standards.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to implement new operational initiatives, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
- Experience in last-mile logistics, 3PL coordination, or e-commerce delivery operations is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of routing tools, fleet management systems, and basic MS Excel or similar reporting tools is preferred.
- Relevant academic background in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage field operations, and adapt to a fast-paced, sustainability-focused environment.
