Role Overview: Looking for a Support Engineer with experience in Blue Prism to join its Managed Services team. The role involves supporting, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise BAW production environments for global clients.

You will work closely with architects, product teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure reliable platform operations, resolve production issues, and drive continuous improvements.

/n

This is a hands-on technical support role requiring solid troubleshooting skills across application, middleware, and operating system layers, along with excellent communication and customer-facing abilities.

Required Experience

/n

/n
Hands-on experience in Blue Prism Support.
/n
Hands-on experience supporting IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) or similar tool in production environments
/n
Solid understanding of BAW architecture, runtime components, deployment patterns, and troubleshooting approaches
/n
Experience developing and maintaining IBM BAW solutions
/n
Process design and implementation
/n
Coach and UI development
/n




Integration services (REST/SOAP)
/n
Troubleshooting and modifying existing process applications
/n
Working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux system administration, including Log analysis
/n
Service management and restarts
/n
Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or similar)
/n
File system and permission management
/n
Experience working in support or managed services environments
/n
Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
/n
Robust written and verbal communication skills
