Golang Backend Developer - 3+ Years | Bengaluru, 2 days WFO | Immediate Joining

What You’ll Do

Build the migration harness: shadow traffic, response diffing, metric parity dashboards, feature-flagged rollout, tested rollback

Own the schema-to-schema migratio n — mapping, backfill, dual-write and reconciliation, consistency verification, documented cutover and rollback point

Build Go services — APIs (Gin, Echo, Fiber, net/ background workers, stream consumers

Use Go concurrency deliberately: goroutine s, channels, context propagation, worker pools, graceful shutdown, leak prevention. At this traffic, concurrency bugs find you

Own MySQL schema and query performance from G o; pool tuning, transaction scope, live-table migrations

Build Kafka producers and consumers with correct partitioning, offsets, replay and DLQ. handling





What We're Looking For

~3+ years of backend development experience.

~ Robust hands-on experience with Golang .

~ Deep understanding of concurrency and goroutines .

~ Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL .

~ Familiarity with Redis and caching mechanisms.

~ Experience in designing and building microservices .

~ Robust problem-solving and debugging skills.

~ Experience with Docker and Git .

⭐ Valuable to Have

Experience in AI/ML or AI-powered applications.

Knowledge of Kafka or other message queue systems.

Exposure to gRPC .

Experience handling high-scale, distributed systems .
