Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations from Order to Despatch , ensuring delivery against customer commitments.
Lead and integrate multiple manufacturing facilities with common operating standards and performance benchmarks.
Manufacture products within targeted cost while consistently achieving defined quality standards .
Lead high-impact Lean Six Sigma projects with measurable financial and operational benefits.
Drive Industry 5.0, automation, robotics,
digital manufacturing and smart-factory initiatives .
Lead manufacturing scale-up and commercialisation of new products from pilot stage to secure commercial production.
Support commissioning, ramp-up and stabilisation of current manufacturing capacities and greenfield/brownfield projects .
