Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: US Shift / Night Shift

Experience : 2–6 Years

Job Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end US Non-IT Engineering Recruitment

Source and screen candidates for Engineering and Non-IT requirements

Recruit for Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive, Construction, Supply Chain, Telecom, Utilities, and related Engineering domains

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

Maintain effective communication with candidates and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

~2–6 years of experience in US Staffing

~ Robust experience in US Non-IT and Engineering Recruitment

~ Good understanding of US work authorization types and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)

~ Experience using job boards and ATS tools

~ Robust communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills

~ Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment
