nWe at SEDEMAC are looking for a Travel Desk Executive to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The Travel Desk Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end corporate travel arrangements for employees, including domestic and international travel.

n Major Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end corporate travel arrangements for employees, including domestic and international travel.n
Handle flight, train, bus and hotel bookings, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely confirmations.n
Coordinate visa processing, travel insurance, and related documentation for international travel.n
Maintain knowledge of consulate correspondence and assist employees with visa queries and requirements.n
Ensure compliance with general travel-related rules, regulations, and company policies.n
Prepare and maintain accurate records of travel expenses and generate periodic reports.n
Negotiate rates with travel agencies, hotels, and other vendors for better deals.n




Provide support for last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergency travel needs.n
Stay updated on travel advisories, consulate updates, and international travel norms.n

n Technical Skills and Experience:

Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel processes, visa rules, and consulate procedures.n
Efficiency in using different travel portals and booking platformsn
Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking tools.n
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.n
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.n
Attention to detail and solid organizational skills.n
