Shift Time : 2:00pm - 11:00 pm IST (9 hrs) / 3:30am - 12:30pm CDT

Job Overview:
This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of quality, technology, and continuous delivery. You will:
Gain deep understanding of business workflows and user journeys
Play a critical role in preventing defects before they reach customers
Learn to design high-quality test scenarios beyond scripted test cases
Get hands-on exposure to:
Exploratory and risk-based testing
Agile QA practices and shift-left testing
Test planning, estimation, and defect triaging
Prospect to upskill into automation testing over time, with mentorship and hands-on support.

You will report to the Team lead.

Roles & Responsibilities
Understand product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Design and execute functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory tests
Identify, log, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and impact analysis
Collaborate with developers during defect triage and root cause analysis
Perform end-to-end testing across multiple modules and integrations
Validate fixes and ensure no regression issues
Maintain and update test cases, test data, and test documentatio
