About the role AskCruz is an AI operating system for industrial and distribution businesses, live with clients like 3GM Steel and Sabre Alloys. We're hiring a Customer Success Manager to own the relationship after the deal closes — making sure clients actually adopt AskCruz, get value rapid, and renew. At this stage, retention and expansion are as key to our growth as new sales, so this is a high-ownership seat, not a support-ticket role.
What you'll do
Own onboarding for current AskCruz clients — get them live, adopted, and seeing value quickly
