About the Role
This is a Business Generation role.
The selected candidate will be directly responsible for acquiring clients from USA & Canada and generating revenue for the company.
You will work across different client engagement types, including:
Direct Clients
Implementation Partners
Tier-1 Clients / Enterprises

Key Responsibilities
Generate business from USA & Canada through:
LinkedIn outreach
Upwork / Freelancer / Fiverr
cold emails and networking
Identify and approach:
Direct business clients
Implementation partners
Tier-1 / enterprise-level clients




Handle client communication via:
calls
emails
chats
Understand requirements and pitch services effectively
Prepare proposals and follow-ups
Convert leads into paid international projects
Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Performance Expectations (VERY IMPORTANT)
This is a target-driven, revenue-focused role
Candidate will be evaluated based on:
number of clients acquired (Direct / Implementation / Tier-1)
revenue generated
deal closure rate

Primary responsibility: Bringing current international business from North America
️ Required Skills
MUST HAVE:
Excellent spoken and written English (neutral/global accent preferred)
Solid communication and presentation skills
Confidence in interacting with international clients
Sales mindset with focus on closing deals
