Role Summary:
The Integration/Sync Engineer designs, builds, and operates the live, bidirectional synchronization between the ERP and the Salesforce instances for the minimum 12-month period during which both systems remain active. This is an operational role focused on live service reliability rather than one-time transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and build the bidirectional ERP(Oracle)↔CRM synchronization (SFDC instances + Pipedrive) mechanism, respecting the system-of-record matrix.
Ensure recent or changed customer records pass through matching/dedup logic.
Develop a comprehensive monitoring and alerting strategy to ensure high availability and proactive issue resolution for the synchronization service.
