nAbout the Role
nThe Business Excellence Manager will lead Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives across the organization, driving improvements in productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and operational excellence. The role will focus on process optimization, simplification, automation, standardization, and the implementation of best practices in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
nResponsibilities

Lead Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing projects across the organizationn
Identify prospects to improve productivity, quality, cost, and operational efficiencyn
Drive process simplification and automation initiativesn
Conduct process mapping, work studies, time and motion studies, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM)n




Facilitate Kaizen events, 5S implementation, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and other problem-solving initiativesn
Monitor project progress and ensure timely implementation of improvement actionsn
Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and project outcomesn
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational excellence initiativesn
Develop, standardize, and continuously improve processes, SOPs, and best practicesn
Train, mentor, and guide employees on Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologiesn
Promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement throughout the organizationn

Bachelor's Degreen
Minimum 10+ years of relevant experiencen
Industrial Engineering Certification (Mandatory)n
Kaizen / Lean Manufacturing Certification (Preferred)n
