Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with around 2 years of hands-on experience in configuration, implementation, enhancement, and production support activities.
The candidate should have a positive understanding of Core HR processes and practical experience in configuring Employee Central functionalities.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central based on business requirements.
Understand business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis against standard SF EC functionality.
Configure Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Associations, and Data Models .
Configure and maintain Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reasons, and Event Reason Derivations .
Work on Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Permission Groups, and Energetic Groups .
Support employee lifecycle processes including:
Hire
Rehire
