As we continue to expand, we are looking for a agile Enterprise Sales Manager – LegalTech to drive sales of our legal solutions to lenders, banks, NBFCs, and fintechs.

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for driving business growth by selling Credgenics' legal recovery and compliance solutions to financial institutions. You will work closely with collections heads, risk and compliance teams, legal teams, and CXOs to position Credgenics as the preferred partner for legal enforcement, litigation, and debt resolution strategies.

What you’ll be doing:
Business Development & Sales Strategy
Identify and acquire current business opportunities with banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and other lenders for Credgenics' legal solutions.
Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies to increase adoption of legal automation,



litigation management, and compliance solutions.
Build and maintain solid relationships with legal heads, risk teams, collections teams, and decision-makers in financial institutions.
Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation and consultative selling to negotiation and closure.
Collaborate with internal product and legal teams to refine solutions based on market needs.
Market & Industry Intelligence
Stay updated on regulatory changes, RBI/NCLT guidelines, SARFAESI Act, and other compliance-related frameworks impacting financial institutions.
Gather competitive intelligence to strengthen Credgenics’ position as a leader in legal tech solutions for debt resolution.
Work closely with marketing to create targeted campaigns, whitepapers, and thought leadership content for lenders and financial institutions.
