Role Description
The General Manager – Bahrain will be responsible for overseeing and managing business operations in Bahrain, with a solid focus on driving business growth, operational efficiency, and achieving organizational objectives. The role involves developing and implementing business strategies, managing day-to-day operations, monitoring financial and operational performance, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
Qualification
MBA or equivalent qualification.
Experience in Banking, Non-Banking Financial Institutions (FI), or Exchange/Forex outside Bahrain.
Solid leadership, communication, and business development skills.
Relevant management experience preferred.
